RETURN POLICY

Q: What is Complete360’s Return Policy?
A: Complete360 stands behind its quality product and will accept returns or exchanges of full-priced merchandise that are not worn, washed, or altered. Please return the merchandise within 60 days of shipment and we will credit the credit card used to make the purchase. Orders are subject to availability and we will not process any returned merchandise received after 60 days. Please Note: Returns are refunded in the method of original payment and we will not refund shipping charges. Sale merchandise may be exchanged only.

Q: How can I return merchandise to a Complete360 Store?
A1: Currently Complete360 does not have any retail outlets; however, check back soon for upcoming locations in your city. For returns please see the Return or Exchange by mail section.

A2. Express Exchange Need it in a hurry? Simply email us and order your replacement merchandise. In-stock merchandise will be shipped within approximately 24 hours at no extra charge for shipping and handling. We will charge your credit card for new merchandise and refund your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

A3. Return Or Exchange By US Postal Service Email us first. Enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible). Affix the enclosed shipping label to ensure correct delivery. When exchanging items, be sure to indicate the replacement item, including the style number, color, and size. Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Refunds and exchanges are processed when item(s) are received. Complete360 will not pay to ship items processed as exchanges to you. The shipping charges will be processed on your credit card for all returned and exchanged items. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Credits for returned or exchanged merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT
Q: What if I need to make a return, but I’ve lost my original receipt?
A: If you no longer have a copy of your original receipt, an exchange may be made for merchandise of equal or lesser value. If you have further questions or require additional assistance, please contact our Customer Service department.
